I’m not a lawyer, don’t want to be, but I recognize there is risk inherent in making and selling parts designed to be installed on speeding buckets of metal.

Motorsports, driving on public roads, and engaging in car building are risky activities.  Each individual builder and installer using parts supplied by Zero Decibel Motorsports accepts personal responsibility for the outcome of using these products.  The suitability of a particular product for a specific application  must be determined solely by the end user.  While we make great effort to ensure the parts we sell are safe, we can not control their final installation or verify they are fit in the exact application or the environment in which they will be used.

Except as explicitly noted below, all warranties expressed and implied are explicitly disclaimed by Zero Decibel Motorsports, LLC and any and all of its members, owners, and employees.  The purchaser, by way of engaging in a transaction with Zero Decibel Motorsports, LLC hereby assumes all risk of injury to self, others, damage to property, or economic loss, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or misuse of any Zero Decibel product. 

Purchasers agree to hold Zero Decibel Motorsports and all agents, owners, members, and employees blameless for any loss, damage, or injury that arises from the use of any product we sell.

Warranty: Zero Decibel Motorsports, LLC will, at their sole discretion, refund the purchase price or replace the purchased product with one of similar function, in the event that a product is found to have a manufacturing or material defect not arising from the use, misuse, or installation of a product.  No other warranties exist.
